| I have read all the Rules of Admission and have same after understanding these rules thoroughly and have filled in the application from for admission to the current year. |
| The information stated in my application is true to the best of my knowledge and belief. I hereby accept that, if any of the statements made by me in the application from, or any information supplied by me in connection with my admission, or at a later date, if found to be false or incorrect, my admission will be cancelled, fees stand forfeited and, I may be expelled from the college by the Principal. |
| a) I hereby state that I have not been debarred from appearing at any examination held by any government constituted / statutory examination authority in India. |
| b) I hereby accept that the allotment of a course will be made to me on the basis of my inter se merit, Order of options given by me and the availability of a seat at the time of admission. |
| c) I hereby accept that no document submitted by me entertained after the last date of submission for the purpose of claims or concessions etc., in connection with my admission, unless, otherwise stated in the rules. |
| d) I hereby accept that the Competent Authority or its representative will not engage in any correspondence with me regarding admission. I am also aware that it is my entire responsibility to note and abide by the notices on the notice boards of the concerned Institute and refer to the relevant websites and abide by the same. |
| e) I hereby accept that any rule imposed by the University vise-a-vise imposing limits on the number of attempts permissible to pass any examination shall be binding on me. |
| f) I hereby agree to conform to any Rules, Acts and Laws enforced by Government and I undertake that, I will do nothing either inside or outside the college that may invite disciplinary action against me with reference to these Rules, Acts and Laws. |
| g) I fully accept that the Principal of the college where I obtain admission, is within his/her rights, to expel me from the college for any infringement of the rules of conduct and discipline, University by the college, University of Mumbai or Government, on the basis of the undertaking given above. |
| h) Condition of minimum attendance. I am fully aware that I will not be allowed to appear for the College/University Examination if I do not have the required minimum 75% attendance as per the ordinance 6086. |
